Andrew Coulter aka Purple Jungle Studios is a multimedia artist specializing in character design and world building. Over the past 3 years he has been developing a world of unique characters that live in a multitude of landscapes to provoke imaginative story telling. His process begins by sculpting characters digitally in 3D in which he references them in various backgrounds in large scale acrylic paintings as well as 3D printed sculptures. This allows for creating worlds that bring a sense of playful wonder with a twist of cool. Inspired by bold color, indie fashion, and world travel he aims to create pieces that expresses his unique taste for life.
