Thalo Halo, also known as Lou Gabriel, is a graffiti-inspired pop art painter based out of Geneva, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. He received his Associate Degree in Art from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in 1986. Following a twenty-year hiatus from the canvas, he returned to creating art in 2016. Since his return to painting, his work has been featured at notable galleries including Chicago Truborn, No Name, and Brassworks.
