Theresa Christensen is a Long Island-based artist, curator, and muralist whose work is directly influenced by pop culture, movies, and television. Self-taught from an early age and formally trained in visual arts at SUNY New Paltz, Theresa has been exhibiting her work since 2001, when her art was featured at Madison Square Garden for the NYC Independent Film Festival.
Throughout her career, Theresa has designed book covers, craft beer labels, and extensive public murals—most notably her multi-piece series, "Guinness: The Journey," for Mary Carroll's in Babylon, NY. In 2024, she partnered to open The Christensen Gallery, making history as the first fine art gallery in Babylon, where she currently serves as owner and curator.
