Violet Morningstar is a Ventura-based artist specializing in mixed-media exploration. From classical oil painting and charcoal to ceramic sculpture and found-object assemblage, her work is defined by a diverse use of materials and a commitment to formal art education. Drawing inspiration from early childhood mentorship and her current studies at Ventura College, Morningstar creates tactile, experimental pieces that challenge the viewer's perception of everyday objects and traditional fine art mediums.
